1. Offer sent to buyer.
2. Buyer issues CP ICPO WITH PROOF OF FUNDS to Seller Company Name.
3. Title holder/Seller Company sends CI. 4. Buyer signs and returns CI withLogistics Info (Tank Farm Company Name and statement agreeing to send TSA/TSR upon receiving pop)
5. Seller sends POP i.e: TSR, DTA and Pre-Injection Report
6. Buyer conducts DTA, if verified, buyer provides TSA/TSR. Wire Transfer is made to titleholder's account, payment is made by MT103.
7. Commission is paid to all intermediaries, IMFPA/NCNDA within 24hrs of the buyer making payment for the fuel.
8. SBLC or BG is placed for the length of the contract and for each lift per schedule, buyer pays after dip test by wire transfer.
Basis of Delivery
In Rotterdam directly INTO Buyer’s Leased Storage Tanks. .
Payment Terms
Standby Letter of Credit(SBLC) or Bank Guarantee(BG) via Bank Officer's email to Bank Officer's email on Bank Letterhead signed by two bank officers valid for 1 year and 1 day.
